Stein & Sol Canarias is a dedicated construction and renovation company based in Tenerife. We specialize in the physical execution of high-end residential, commercial, and industrial building projects across the Canary Islands.
Supported by an experienced team of construction managers, site leaders, and skilled tradesmen, Stein & Sol Canarias handles the heavy lifting, site execution, and quality control on every project. Behind the company are two partners with more than 45 years of combined experience in construction. One of them, Simon Maurer, is the founder of Maurer Imobiliare, a Romanian property developer with a number of completed residential developments to its name.
